Unmarried Tharaka Nithi woman decries shortage of husbands in Mt Kenya.
According to Anita Nkirote, a youth leader from Tharaka Nithi, there is a shortage of husband material men in the Mt Kenya region due to alcoholism.
Nkirote said she is unmarried and she had tried looking for a man in Tharaka Nithi and even Meru county but she could not find a man to marry her.
